Title: 1966 San Jose build 289 compressor manufacturer
Post by: socalgt on September 24, 2017, 10:50:11 PM: Would a '66 San Jose built(April) car with factory a/c have received a York or Tecumseh a/c compressor on the assembly line?

Lighter (cheaper shipping) and would not surface rust sitting on the shelf plus it matches the original cars documented

Four Seasons is a rebuilder, not a manufacturer.
