trying to work out this fan and if any one seen other one it came out an untouched scj motor

Guessing this was from a 70 engine?    Since you didn't mention and looking at the date.

I've not seen one like that though haven't looked closely at a fair number of details on a 70 SCJ

no it came august 68 built scj car that was sitting in a barn and only had done 5000 miles but rusted away when the owner died after only a couple years of ownership from new i was told

That August date is a really early '69 SCJ and Ford had apparently not figured out all the details as they soon stopped permitting orders for the 3.91/4.30 geared cars.  I have a '69 parts book that calls for a C9OE-F fan that I wonder if they ever actually made?  There are some saying these really early cars had a C9OE-G and I do believe some of these exist but very few.  Yours could be either of these I think.  Are there numbers like you show on every blade or do some blades have something different?

The eventual "final" '69 SCJ fan was a C9OE-H, used when SCJ deliveries started up again around early Dec. '68 and used on all '69 SCJs until about late Feb. / early March when only W-codes got this fan and V-codes started getting the clutch fan.
