Turns out that this is a 1967 390-4V/410/428 bracket. A friend gave this to me, and he normally deals in Galaxies and Thunderbirds, so is likely a 428 part, which would make it the C6AE-2B290-C. The Mustang 1967 390-4V would have used C6OE-2B290-C.

Given the different intake and multiple carbs the valve was not attached like the 390 Mustangs/Cougars
Hoses were shortened and the valve was mounted right above and behind the pump and was held in place by just the rubber hoses attached to valve. Yes there is an incorrect non original hose clamp in picture
