Early Front Fender question
« on: August 25, 2010, 06:10:10 PM »
Hi guys,

What can you tell me about early fender molds, the changes to the bolting lip and the MANY generations of fenders??

I know about the RAISED triangles of the latter fenders, but wonder about EARLY ones and if they are all flat or have any differences - like the rear quater drains .

From what I understand, there was a pre-production version, but not sure how far that made it into regular production.  Otherwise, there may be minor differences in the fenders through the 64.5-65 production year, but they would be very subtle, if any.
