1969 70 Bumper insulator
« on: January 21, 2021, 11:00:09 PM »
I have had some interest in the front bumper arm rubber insulator that I reproduced. It takes time to make them but they are an exact copy I made from an original. They might have some very small pin holes but they can't be seen, some don't.  Anyway if your interested in a pair, they are $25 shipped.  Email me at dagostini61@hotmail.com with questions.  Paypal......

Just got some of these rubber bumper arm pads from armond and they fit and look good. I sent some of these out to be made years ago and nobody ever got them done in the past. I used up all my  originals and havent found any in years as they often fall off the car or never get put back on when removed. This part was never serviced by ford its an  assembly line part and is shown in assembly manuals. It hooks on the front main bumper arm and keeps the stoneguard panel from rubbing the bumper arm but they fall off easy since nothing holds them in place unless its a tight  fit when installed and ford should have glued them on but that never got done. These can be seen easy when installed in place if u look upward in center of lower grill area just behind 2 center bumper bolts so if u want to be concours correct u need these hard to find rubbers.
