Title: 1967 Motor Mount Insulators
Post by: RocketScientist on March 01, 2011, 03:31:13 AM
The motor mount insulators (rubbers) on my 67 (C-code) are succumbing to old age and I'm looking to replace them. They have become hard and transferring a lot of vibration to the interior.

I know that 1967's have a specific, one year only, motor mount (mounting bracket and insulator) and I'm curious to see how different they are to other years. I was wondering if anyone has any pictures of the insulator to highlight the differences.

I'm also curious as to why the aftermarket doesn't remake that part, considering that almost everything else is reproduced.
Regards,
Brad.
