Jeff, Got any pics that show how the top of the 3-4 Speed shift boot attaches??

Tough as since its sandwiched between the upper boot and floor. If completely installed then it would possibly not be visible except for maybe a 1/8" of an edge showing. Or I need to find a picture where it is unbolted, the upper boot removed and where the lower didn't detach and fall back through the hole in the floor.

Will give a half hour search to see if I can find one. There might be a C code San Jose car with a picture

So is it safe to assume that lower shift boots were not a FORD assembly line item before Feb. 66 ?  Shelby and K-code cars included ? Mostly curious about the B/W T-10's.  Lower boots on any T-10's ?  Thanks, Brian

Based on what we have here and that so far no one has shown up with one on an original car built before Feb I thing is safe to say at this point


Were there any T-10's installed on classic Mustangs built after Feb 66?
