Current owner believes these are original to 66 car. He is not original owner so can not confirm. All originals I've seen are C4ZA 5556
Also note rear band clamp is clamping 2 leafs instead of the normal 3 I've seen and the clamps have been welded to the spring.
Dearborn coupe..

My guess would be replacements not sold through Ford service department but made by the same manufacturer in 67 based on the markings and other details. Date code, part number and the clamp details you've found.

Thanks Jeff,
since original post, have learned the springs were cleaned up and bands previously removed and welded when reinstalled.

Wonder where they came from originally given the date codes of 65 5 E that your pictures show

Wondering if the 67 5 E is julian date March 8 or year 1967?

If it follows other patterns we see on these springs it would be the julian date making this March 8 1965
As you mentioned in your first post we would expect to see the Ford engineering numbers with either supplier during this period of time.
Shape of the leaves would also possibly support (or not given the time period) them being aftermarket
Just one more thing to check.
