I know the hood hinges are phosphate and oil finish.  What about the bolts and washers?

It may depend on when and where the car was built. Mine are silver cad both on the hood and the inner fender - same finish as all the fender bolts. Detroit, April 70 build.

The hood hinge bolts that attach to the apron are silver cad on all the models I have seen just like the fender bolts, however I noted on one of my cars the bolts are a little shorter than the fender bolts but made by the same fastener company. I have seen a few variances on the hinge to hood bolts, most have a cad. plating but are shorter and have a larger washer than the fender bolts, again several variances for sure.

Agree the bolts are different in length but same finish. The size of the washer seems to depend on when and where the car was assembled since we have found original examples in 69 7 70 with larger (than fender bolts) and the same size
