Hi everyone,
Does anyone know why I cannot find the MUSTANG 1966 WELD SEALANT ASSEMBLY MANUAL anywhere? I see it for sale for 1964-1965, but not for 1966. Even Jim Osborne's site doesn't list it. I have found a part number for the book (AM0014) but it is no where to be found. Does the Body assembly manual include this information now or can I use the 64-65 book? What's the deal?
Thanks,
Tom

There is not enough difference between 1965 and 1966 to warrant a separate manual (is what I suspect).

Tom,
The documents that would make up the 66 Mustang Weld and Sealant Manual exist but were "misplaced" in the Ford document warehouse. They were "rediscovered" a couple of years back and were contracted to be put on disc, but Ford lost them in a reorganization of the warehouse. You will find them listed in the 2015 NPD catalog in anticipation of availability but it didn't happen. I got this from Scott at NPD.
You can use the 64-65 manual for 66 Mustangs as there are few differences (door mounting hardware being one).
