Title: Tower hose clamps

I just finished all new hoses on my 66 but the tower clamps where leaking and the I broke several tightning them down. Is there torque specs for these clamps? I have a shop manual but it does not specify.

I sure don't know if there is a particular torque spec on the tower clamps or not, but they are sure hard sometimes to get tight enough to seal up the hoses.
May be you just got a couple of bad ones??
