'67 deluxe seat belt retractor driver or passenger side identification

How do I tell which side the retractor half of the belt goes on....driver side or passenger?(I know it goes on the outside)

They ought to be interchangeable, the plastic gets deformed a little on the "bottom side" after installation but there should be no RIGHT or LEFT on any of the belts, just Inboard or outboard locations.

I suppose they are....there is a slight bump(raised area)on one side of the retractor cover....I guess it doesn't matter if that is towards the front or rear, since they'll both end up the same anyway.
