67 390 exhaust control valve

I have seen these with and without a part number cast into the" flywheel" part of the valve, for 67 should there be a part number?

Can't say if there was only one supplier and if all suppliers had the engineering number on the wheel

Have some (in pictures) with only FoMoCo and makers markings
