Please also note, for those reading along...

Retractors are available for BOTH the standard seat belts AND deluxe seat belt options (yes, +1, confirm ONLY on fastback & coupe)

The retractors ARE DIFFERENT for standard seat belt option vs. the deluxe seat belt option AND two different suppliers were used for the 67's.

If more information is needed on these differences, I would suggest opening another thread.

Hm...is getting more and more complex^^.
I do have deluxe seat belts....

Found this on the web:
>>C6ZZ-76611A06-A
>>With a loose belt as in my vert, I used the optional Rotunda clip on retractor.
>>Convertibles often had a long belt boot on the tab, to keep the belt from falling out the door (Mine don't have this)
>> Typically, the convertible had a plastic sleeve on the outer convertible belt. I have seen some with a sleeve and retractor, but not so much that I could honestly say it should be that way.If you wanted the add-on retractor, they are readily available and period-correct.
>>Yes dealer add on (correct me if wrong) made by ROTUNDA. They offered several products. I have a set of orig type clip-ons on my 67. an another set of Rotunda's still in package. There were a couple diff sizes I've seen, short & a longer loop.
>>I believe Virginia Mustang & NPD, one or both had them. Also Glazier Nolan, IIRC (I did not find them in none of the shops) Btw.:Glazier Nolan closed shop in 2015.
>>On CV the wider rocker leaves no room for the standard retractor.

May be smb has a pair which fits to my CV car and would like to sell it.

Ralf " Several sets on Ebay under "Rotunda Seat Belt Retractor. One with 4 days left has a current bid of $5; others up to $100.

Bob
P.S. That $10 on the one set of mine was from a Swap Meet in the 80's.

Would this work for my car:

a) Summit (Scott Drake), just a repro.....

C4AZ-65611A06-R

http://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/sdk-4az65611a06r/overview/

b) NPD
C-14873-102A
https://www.npdlink.com/store/products/retractor_seat_belt_repro_can-111745-0.html
Since this part is out of stock:
610A88-1A
https://www.npdlink.com/store/products/retractor_seat_belt_when_out-105112-0.html

Rotunda ebay is rather expensive.... :o
Orig. part number should be: C4AZ-62611A06-A

If not ok...so Bob, need to buy yours ;D

Ralf : Since the "Correct Repo" is "Out of Stock" at NPD, and I'm not familiar with the other one shown for Broncs ??, I would get the pair from Summit. It is the Correct Part Number (R is for Repo), and it is made by Scott Drake. I don't think you can go wrong with the price. Beats $100 for a pair of Originals.

One last question. :)

My deluxe seat belts do not carry a kind of "plastic sleeve". Don't know how its called correctly.

Where these factory on deluxe belts? If yes, smb may be dismantled it on my car.

Using than the Rotunda Rectractor, is there a need to install these sleeves? If yes, where to get them?

May be someone has a picture?

As an example to see what I mean:

Have no clue which ones are correct and if needed where to get them.

EDIT:
Just figured out that the "sleeves" were only being used on rear belts, not fronts.
Deluxe front belts came up with retractor (option on standard) but only on FB + CP, not CV.
Nevertheless, my rear belts don't carry sleeves neither.
Nice video on WCC:http://www2.cougarpartscatalog.com/67stdbelts.html

Thx
Ralf
