Late 65 Early 66 Shelby Carb

My dads friend has this Holley carburator for a  late 65 or early 66 Shelby Mustang GT350, with no S2MS Part number and a Holley list number 3259. This carb is dated 571. The metering block numbers are 3903 and 4560. He is asking $3000 at this point  :o but I am open to letting him know offers I can run by him. PM me
