Upper A-arm SHAFT bushings

Hope one of guys here can help me out.  Looking for the torque specs. for the bushings/end caps on the upper A-arm.  I have got it ready to put back together and was going over torque setting and can not find what these are to be set at.  I have looked through my shop manual for these setting but can't seem to find them.   Would any of ya'll know?   This is for the end caps that screw into the A-arm and hold the shaft that bolts to the side wall and holds the upper A-arm on.  In the shop manual they call them bushings.  I can find all the other setting-shock spring seat, shocks, rubber bumper, shock upper support.  But I just can't seem to find this one. If you know, can you guide me to where it is in the manual.

Would you believe 129 ft. lbs. ?  Don't see it any of my Shop Manuals either.  Internet 'google' search yielded " upper a-arm bushing nut 129 ft. lbs."  A couple of confirmations would be a good idea.  Brian

Coincidentally I took a set of these out today. I used my 1/2" drive air impact wrench rated at 150 lb - ft on 110 PSI air pressure. It was everything that gun could do to break these things loose with the arm clamped in a vice. I think the 129 ft - lb number is very likely accurate, these things are always crazy tight. I don't use a torque wrench installing them. Just the longest 1/2" drive breaker bar that I can find.

Thanks guys for your response. I too, did a internet search and found a complete page about rebuilding theses things.  I'll have see if I can find it and add the web address  here. 
It said 100lbs  after a brace is installed to keep the ear from warping.

After bead blasting my upper arms I found they were each cracked at one of the the ball joint rivet holes. I suggest that you inspect this area, and the areas around the shaft bushings closely. I do not think welding repair is appropriate. They are either perfect or scrap in my opinion.

I’m guessing you have the cutbacks C8 control arms. They’re very prone cracking at that point.  They can be welded successfully but I would only suggest to be done by someone who is a professional.
 Regarding the upper control arm bushings. Often a little heat will assist in loosening up as it’s not just the high torque but rust but that’s in there. A lot of times if you just break them free without the heat you’re actually stripped the threads out and they become almost unusable and less you tack weld the bushing in
