We are missing the following pages from the 1960-1968 Ford MPC:

Section 30:  pages 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28

If you have a hard copy and can scan those pages, I would appreciate a copy so the manual can be made more complete, just send me a PM.

On the pages noted above by John, pages 19 and 20 need to be from "Change No. 32", and pages 24-28 need to be from "Change No. 26".

I followed the link to Ford publications looking for the "1964-1968 Ford Car Parts" and selected a few sources at random. The only source for  "1964-1968 Ford Car Parts" was Amazon (on CD, which is fine for me) but it had a one to two month delivery time. After a half hour or so, of looking, I decided that a glass of wine was a better investment.

I tried again - nothing. Every "seller" I tried (12 this time) does not have the 1960-68 Ford Car Parts book or CD. The 1964-68 numbers popped up in Amazon, but do I want the 60-68 version.

Jim : OK, I see what you are saying. In the site that John Posted, Forel does not sell direct, but only through their "resellers". I forgot about that, but didn't even go to any of the resellers' sites since you noted they were out of stock. However, I remember that Forel told me that they did sell direct on Ebay. Sure enough, there it is. They only offer the CD and the USB version on Ebay, but if you don't want either, I'm sure if you "Contact Seller", they would work out some way to get you the digital download version.
Just enter "1960-68 Ford Master Parts Catalog" in EBay's "SEARCH", and it will appear. While you are doing that, enjoy your wine - I hope it's "read".
