How to clean up 1970 Center Caps?

My caps have the usual scratches after long years of service and it is likely I will damage the concentric rings on the face during cleanup. Is there any way of recreating them and bringing them back to original condition?

Don't believe there is any easy or inexpensive (or even expensive) way of restoring these due to the surface finish
