69 Hood scoop wiring clip

Under the hood looking at the hood scoop wiring, there is a black rectangular clip attached with a small hex screw. How was the wiring attached to it?  Does anyone have a good picture? July 69 built SJ Mach 1.

How is it attached? it looks like tape. Cloth or smooth tape?

+1 just like the wire to the similar T shaped retainers at the drivers side firewall to cowl lip on the drivers side and to the face of the cowl (drivers side). Last one depending on when and where the car was bulit

As a related note the round clips were were produced in an opaque and black finish likely related when when and where they were built
