Still looking to buy a voltage regulator noise suppressor.  Looking to buy 2 that have C5?? part numbers on them.  I need 1 for my '65 Mustang and 1 for my '65 Comet.

I might be wrong on this, but I've never seen a C5 part number on a 65 voltage regulator mounted suppressor.  I've collected a few from 65s and they all seem to have C3 part numbers.  The  65 alternator mounted suppressor has a C5 number (C5TA-18827-A on my most recent find), but it is a completely different part from the suppressor mounted on the voltage regulator.

Thanks Mel for replying.  Do you have any C3?? suppressors you're willing to part with?  I know we communicated via email last week but I don't remember if we discussed part numbers.

Matt, I don't have any extras right now, but they are relatively easy to find on eBay. I just did a search and found two for sale.
