pass side seems to be lower than the driver side at the rear . i changed the leaf springs , shocks seem good but should i change them
-
Shocks do not affect ride height; they only affect the rate of rebound from normal position of the car.
You may have a bad coil up front, a weak spring in the back, a tire with low pressure or not the same size as on the left, or a tweaked frame.

WOW lots of things for me to check

You said you changed the leaf springs, how did it sit before you did that? If you went with reproduction leaf springs or coil springs they are a known problem. I have never had any luck with either of them. You can reverse the rear springs and if the car leans the opposite way, you found the problem. Changing out the front springs is not so easy.
