Does anyone make an oversize that looks OEM? How are the repro pans (as far as correctness)? Thanks

So far on all your questions, you neglect year (it was on one, 65-66), car (Mustang assumed), body type (it's important), plant, engine, transmission, options and probably some other important stuff.
Define: "oil pan .030 oversized"

No

Depends on the engine size, year and who made them.
