1969 351W Exhaust Shield

I need a difficult detail involving the proper mounting order of the exhaust shield and engine hoist bracket on my 1969 Shelby GT 350 Dearborn June 12th car. ?? Manifold stud then hoist bracket, then nut then exhaust shield and final nut???

Additionally, engine coil? Driver side or Passenger side? Seen it both ways, non-AC car.

Most GT350's had the engine lift hooks removed at the factory most likely because of the special Shelby augmented engine. I have not deducted in concours if someone chooses to add them back. Coil is on the passenger side from the factory.

AC doesn't alter any of these items. This might help
