Interested in determining which engine uses push rods that are approximately 6 3/16" (6.1875) in length.
Any idea?

Lots of them - it might help if we knew what diameter, the end design, and perhaps the application. Far too many options otherwise.

Ball on both ends.
Looks like 289 302 type but different length.
Looks like 581S or 5116 series on the Smith Bros. Site.
