I have the wrong radiator, but what is it from? [Revised]
« on: October 01, 2023, 03:23:13 PM »
I?ve owned this car for a while but have just recently started looking closely at it.  The radiator has ?C0DD -E P-MO 9 - 59?  stamped on the tank.   There are no other markings that I could find.   I searched the internet and have determined that this radiator most likely is from a 1960 Falcon with an automatic transmission.

A direct search for that number yielded no hits.  Does any body here have information on this radiator?

Following up on this topic.  A friend gave me a radiator that is a replacement for my car.  It?s a cheap copy in excellent shape.  I?ll use it while I search for a concourse correct radiator.

Which is my next question.  How can I tell if a radiator is correct?  I?ve seen one on EBay listed as a C4ZE-Z2 but In the pictures it looks like it?s for a manual transmission car.  I?ve attached another picture showing the top tank.  Is this considered a San Jose radiator?  My understanding is that DEP stamped on the left bracket means it?s a Dearborn plant radiator.  Any input is appreciated.
