Title: New Concours Correct Exhaust Hanger Nearly Done (1965-1969)
Post by: Scott Fuller on March 26, 2011, 12:23:23 PM
I'm nearly done with fabricating an exact copy of the "J" hook hanger that is used to hold up the tailpipes on 65-69 Mustangs, Shelbys, and Boss' with dual exhaust.  I'm making two variants, one for the 65-66 cars, and one for the 67-69.  The one pictured below is for the 67-69.  I have copied every feature of the original part including the tool marks and the "FoMoCo" logo and manufacturer "G" (stamped in face).  Original examples and the Ford drawing were used to create the tooling and check the final part.  The ones below are prototypes, but the production ones will be done in a couple of weeks.

Check my website for updates.  www.scottfullerreproductions.com

Thanks,

Scott
