Scheduled build date of 16B puts the car almost a year after production started.  Not a 64.5

Scheduled date is 16 February 1965, a Tuesday.

A "normal" (unfortunately) feature.
DSO 89 = Transportation Services
Usually an indication that the vehicle was ordered by a Ford employee. In many instances, the price was 2 percent under dealer cost.
