Yellow was often used on parts that made up motor mounts. Believe, based on talking to workers , that these highlighted the mounts so that workers down in the pit could locate them quickly and help guide them into position. Of course other colors could work also but yellow is seen allot of the time and really stands out.
Also seen a fair amount of service replacements also as I think was mentioned
