Topic: Tires for Early 1967 GT350

I am going to purchase a set of correct tires for my early Shelby. Did Shelby make a tire change at some point in the '67 model year? What is the correct tire for my #89?

Yes they changed the tires during the years - much like many other details on 67

Registry states that cars before approx car #280 would have large letter tires  so its not an exact date or car number but given your car number the best choice IMHO  would be large Goodyear speedway E70 x 15's
