Topic: 68 GT 350 tilt vacuum clamps

My Shelby was  built 12-1-1967. Would the tilt hoses still go through the clip with the ammeter wires?  I also have that style of clip on my car.

I thought it was interesting that in the unrestored section here there are two threads on unrestored GT350's and neither of them have the 352357-S clip. I am wondering if a number of cars were built with a alternative clip or strap.
