72 Restoration progress
« on: September 27, 2012, 10:16:15 AM »
For those who have recently helped me obtain parts for my 72 restoration that is currently in process, I thought I would share a few photos of the car coming out of paint.  The car is 4F - Medium Lime Metallic.  The work is being done by Mustang Central in Byron, GA.  Plans are to go and pick-up the car this weekend to begin reassembly towards my deadline of 2014 and the 50th Anniversary celebration in Charlotte.  Scott at WCC has provided some key parts in this build and I really appreciate his resources and respectable prices.  Thumbs up to WCC and keeping the sibling mustang and cougar parts available.

I also scored a 72 OE single exhaust muffler on eBay this past week. Part Number D2ZA 5230 BA.  It is in good condition with no rust or holes so it should be useable.  Looking forward to doing this one up right.

Looks good.  I like your color choice!  What color interior have you chosen?
