We had our spring show yesterday and something happened that probably doesn't get to happen all that often. Three first generation cars showed up, all different body styles but all the same color. Vintage Burgundy. The convertible and coupe of 64.5m, while of course the fastback is a 65. All three also had all different engines; Convertible the 170, the Coupe had the 260, and he fastback had the 289 A code. Wish we could had them move to be in one shot....

Nice cars! It is sad so few first gen Mustangs show up at the shows, especially on such a nice day in such a dry place. The recent ones seem to swamp the field anymore. I suspect this will continue to get worse as time goes on, it does every year at our Regional in ABQ, and I expect it next month again.

Thanks for sharing - yes too bad you couldn't get them together for a group shot.
