Kelsey Hayes or Bendix - 69 GT350

June 12, 69 gt350. Is the rear brake backing plate supposed to be Bendix or kelsey hayes?

Typically they were Bendix. less typical KH . I have actually seen one side Bendix and one side KH more times then I have seen both sides KH.FYI be sure to use the correct KH backing plate plug (cross hatch texture ) or the Bendix (starts with 8A) plug depending on plate.

+1. In addition to different adjuster lug there is also a difference in wheel cylinder attaching bolt
