I bought several  boxes of mustang parts, mostly 69 cobra jet stuff - but also included was a vac tank (like the ones mounted underneath the pass hood hinge) and this item.  The only numbers on it are on the relay (c8za-3e553a) and on the black plunger (Ford on the bottom, and # p-90451-330)  I've researched several forums, including this one, and cannot find info on this item.  I did find several threads on the vac tank here...thanks for that.  I looked on ebay, current and closed and cannot find any info.

My 69's do not have this option nor do I want to add it to them, so I was hoping to research the parts to make sure what they were from, and their value.  Can anyone help? Thanks!

typically refered to as a Mustang /Cougar tilt motor. The black canister was typically used in 69 and the white canister was typically used in 68.

Thank you Bob!  That helps a lot.  I've never seen one of the tilt a ways in person.  So any idea what its worth?  I dont want to give it away, and rather sit in my shop I'd prefer to trade for parts I can use.  I didnt see any in previous sales online.  Thanks again for the info.
