Can you guys look at my steering control valve?

I'm not sure my steering control valve is assembled right. the hoses just don't seem to quite right. Does it need to be rotated 90 degrees?

Looks like you have it on wrong, short hoses usually on the bottom end, not the top.

Shop manual or assembly manual should have pics.
