Title: Rear View Mirror Change

Does anyone know what the approx crossover date was from the push button day nite mirror to the twist one was?  Was one more for 65 and the other for 66 or does it matter?

The changeover was during late '65 production, so all '66 should have the twist style (if equipped.)
