Title: AMK Brake Line Mount Clips 69 Mustang - Need some help
Post by: G Wood on October 28, 2012, 05:43:17 PM
I am mounting my brake lines along the trans tunnel to the rear of the car. I have the AMK mount kit that has 4 silver colored clips with a small rubber gasket to mount the line along the tunnel. How do these mount or fasten into the round holes that are in the bottom pan? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

I've always inserted them into the hole, pressing upward with a pair of pliers while not squeezing them. Once I feel they are fully seated and in as far as they will go I squeeze the two ears or wings and the other ends spread out inside the car holding the clip in place.
