Clutch and throttle bell crank finishes (67 Dearborn built)

Both are currently painted black which I don't think is correct. Thanks in advance.

Phosphate & Oil for the throttle

Bare steel for the clutch one. Service parts were typically (after production year) plated so that they wouldn't rust in storage and on the shelf over time
