I thought the seals that Chris Brown made had the Victor 49720 stamping on them and he copied them from original assembly line seals.  I have one here.

There have been many reports of the ones Chris brown made that leaked.

Yes...I would agree with the comment about leaking.  I heard that. 
But as far as the Victor stamp I am pretty sure that was on the original seals.  I have one other original here but its still installed in the bare tailshaft I have here.  Dont think you can see the back side of the seal with a scope.
