I just need the basic part number as it's for a 64 Galaxie.

The part number is C4AB-6211117 which is a 64 Galaxy part number per the 65 Mustang Body Manual, pg 22.
Those with a part number phobia do not read the above -  :o

It it the large metal oval plate with the two screws.
