Title: 1966 Tie Rod Ends - Restoration or NOS?

In the next few weeks after my 66 K fastback is painted, the suspension and steering will be going in the car.  I have the original tie rod ends, can these be restored or am I better off searching out NOS pieces?  If restored, can you point me to who can do this or is it something I can do myself?

If you plan to drive the car, I would recommend NOS tie rod ends.
