Title: '66 a/c condenser dryer finish
Post by: socalgt on June 05, 2017, 09:25:20 PM
Was the original finish on the bracket that attaches the dryer to the condenser black paint or a silver(zinc)finish?

Thanks....some restorers are zinc plating them for some reason.  I've never seen original brackets with plating myself.

Might be the way their coming from the supplier or maker. Or another possibility is that their not restoring their cars just fixing them up ;)
