Title: Oct 64 San Jose - Negative Cable Routing

Does the negative battery cable get strapped into the plastic wire strap on the inner fender with the harness for the starter solenoid to alternator? Oct 64 build SJ

From a slightly later San Jose example. Looks like some of the loom wrap has come loose and unwrapped
