Title: Yellow Mark under dash?

So I finally got my heater core out after taking half the interior out, and was looking around under the dash since I hadn't before and I noticed a yellow mark on the side near where the antenna wire comes through....Anyone ever encounter this before?  I can take a pic once my battery to my camera charges up...
