What position should the front and rear window cranks be in when the windows are fully closed ?

Driver's side "point" around the 1 or 2 o'clock position. The passenger's side "point" around 10 or 11 o'clock position.
Rear cranks are as shown at 60 degrees to the rear.
Get a set of Mustang Assembly Manuals for your car's year. Detail like that are shown in them.
