Hi All, I just received my "newly made" radio suppressor from VA Mustang and wanted to make sure it is in the correct place and position? Also, I wanted to see if the repro tag is in the correct placement, and on the correct wire or if it should be left off completely??? Thanks

I've only found three Metuchen examples, pictured below.
Also regarding tag, I thought it was to be left on, based on comments on the MCA judging field when I was assisting. I looked through the official MCA guidelines though and could not find any reference to it. I don't want to stray too far though into MCA rules, that might be the sort of question to post on the MCA web site.

Thanks for the quick response! I actually tucked the wire under the others for aesthetic reasons. I guess that would be incorrect? since I'm asking this on a concours site?? ;) Any thought if that is a no-no.. I am not currently showing the car at MCA events but want it done right none the less.

Wrong wire. It should be on the yellow wire side. it was part of the headlight harness. leave it on. they disappeared because they were unprotected heavy paper meant only to survive long enough for assemblyline or dealer install of condenser , After that it didn't matter.
