Title: Engine Bay Plug question

Early 67 (12/66) fastback, Dearborn built. Putting the final touches on the engine bay and had a question. Do all the rubber plugs in the fender aprons get pushed in from the outside ? Even the larger one behind the battery and the really large one near the washer fluid bag ? Thanks. ;D

Yes all from the outside in.
