K code and A code 289-4V engines used the same cast iron intake manifolds. My guess is the C50E-9425-A had the highest level of units cast by Ford.

Would the C4OE-9425-B with a date code of 4D6 be worth much? A friend has one for sale and is wanting $125 for it....
Any help appreciated,
Rich

That's an average price if it's in good shape and already cleaned.  With that date, really best suited for a D code.  K codes didn't appear until later, May/June and there were very few made with generators... not many owner's to be looking for something like that.
