NOS (?) battery OK decal

Not exactly sure where to post this - Jeff can you relocate to the proper category?

AMK has some of these listed as "NOS". They are paper, not vinyl. What year(s)/plant(s) would these apply to? From discussion in other threads, it appears that they do not apply to my '68 SJ, but I couldn't resist getting a couple just to have in the collection  ::)

The style appears to be what was originally used in 65-66 and 69-73 in general
