I need one bolt, 1/4" coarse thread with same head marking and One washer like pictured.

I could also use a couple of # 42359-S36 screws

and another ground wire that does not need spliced

Have a bolt and washer for you.  Can get some of the screws as well.  What was the application for the ground wire?

The ground wire was screwed down with the coated metal strap that wraps around the main under dash wiring harness. I thought it is a grounding wire.

Here's a picture after I have repaired it, mounted in place.

That ground wire must be for fog lamp equipped vehicles. I don't have one.

Let's figure this one out.  Keith - since you don't have (1) fog lights, do you have (2) convenience control, (3) deluxe belts, (4) A/C, and/or (5) tilt?  These are items that might put relays, breakers, and such on the "Z" plate attached to the wiper motor mounting bracket.

No, I'm not sure as to "why" the ground wire is there at this time. I've been wondering this also. Mine has a Ford engineering number on it so possible is a result one of the other options you mentioned. I know any car with deluxe seat belts, the timer mounts on the wiper motor bracket but as you may see, the wiper motor itself is grounded through a brass wavey strap to the black wiper bracket so in my opinion, this might be a ground source to one of these other options?

I'll try to look at what it plugs in to. I have looked at my "disassembly pictures" and so far, they have been no help on this connection. My pictures of this area before cleaning things up has it accurately as I pictured after making the splice in the wire. (pictured above) but the pictures I took with the motor mounted under the dash, do not help at all.

Strange as it may seem, I have another screw (out of sight in above picture) on the other side of the motor that I reinstalled it's hole at the time I disassembled the whole car. I think THAT screw pertains not as a ground but maybe for the AC option, possibly that other screw holds the LH vent ductwork away fron interfering with the wiper linkages?

The ground is for the AC blower motor.

So I've got the wiper motor screw (correct head and Mark) and washer you need going into the mail later. Found two extra 42539 screws as well.

I only found one of the 19C661 ground wires (which I need) so no luck there.  If you go with your repair consider a well soldered butt splice due to the high amperage when blower motor on max speed.  I'll keep looking (went through three large boxes of harnesses) but unfortunately you can't count on me for this one. Good luck.

OK. I was hoping for an "all-in-one" deal but yes, please send me what you have spare.one washer, one bolt & two of the 42539 screws is exactly what I need. (plus the wire of course  )  The splice I did is soldered and I used a butt connector with heat shrink, so it will do if I cannot find another.

Being it's a '67, it really doesn't matter if it has Deluxe belts or not, which it does. The seat belt warning lamp doesn't have a separate ground.
 The vehicle did have a Safety convenience panel, no tilt or AC. However all the harnesses and fuel tank were gone as well as the door latches and door harnesses when I bought the vehicle in '82. Now we know why. Someone wanted the safety group. I wasn't aware the vehicle had it until I ordered the deluxe Marty Report a few months ago.  The relays were gone off the Wiper motor brace, but the evidence that they were there existed.

The motor is grounded to the support bracket via the copper strap from the motor insulator mounting point to the bracket. The bracket is grounded to the chassis via it's mounting. So with that said, it obviously the second ground has to do with an option. So that's why I asked. It was a curiosity question.
